My little brother graduated from high school on June 12th! Congrats Daniel!
So of course I had to take a photo with him!
Then I wanted to wear his cap... just to be funny...
...But by the time our older brother, Sean, wanted to wear the cap we were not as funny to Daniel as we thought we were. ;)
Brandon was there, too, but he didn't ask to wear Daniel's cap. :)

Mike and Kelly brought their two cute dogs to Laguna Beach for a few "family photos" before we got into the waves for their engagement shoot. They were such a fun couple and really got into their photo session. Let the photos tell the story. I really look forward to photographing their wedding coming up!
Isabella is almost four months old so Jenn, Paul, and I decided it was time for her quarterly "modeling" shoot. ;) Jenn and I were college roommates and we have been close friends for many years. I love being "Auntie Erin" to Isabella. She was all smiles and giggles at the beginning of the shoot. Once we went outside for the family photos I think she was tired of smiling. She is so adorable! Do I sound like the proud "Auntie"?
Pat is a math teacher at South Hills High School. After many years of hard work, this past May she completed her doctorate in Eduation and Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego. I was honored to photograph her to document this huge accomplishment.
June 2, 2007 Courtney and Adam got married! As you will see even the dog was dressed to the nines for the occasion. In the church there was a skylight that allowed the light to fall on the alter creating a unique glow. I loved the contrast between the light and darkness this created in the photos. The reception was a blast at The Island Hotel in Newport Beach. Overall, it was a gorgeous wedding!
As you can see I have a new blog that my wonderful photographer friend, Rudy Arpia, helped me customize from Blogger's original template. I really like it because now the banner changes images each time you refresh the window. Also, I love the larger image sizes. I started using larger images on my old blog, but it didn't really flow the way I wanted it to. I have so many entries from weddings, graduations, engagement shoots, and family portrait sessions to add to the blog from the past 3 weeks... so keep checking back as I update it daily. Thanks for taking the time to check out my photography work and I love getting comments on my blog if you feel like saying anything to me!
Amie and Jazmin tied the knot at Strawberry Farms in Irvine on June 3, 3007. They are such an amazingly fun couple. I was with them the previous weekend for their Thai Buddhist marriage blessing ceremony and I had the privelege of being with them for their American ceremony, too. It was a perfect day. The weather was beautiful, the people were happy and excited to be there, and Amie and Jazmin were just radiant! My friend Rudy Arpia second shot with me and I loved the work he got from that day, too so take a minute to check it out! :)
They were posing with their best "model look" here, but as you can see in the next photo they really are just a fun-loving, happy couple!
I met Jerry and Connie at Redondo Beach Pier for a super fun engagement session on May 29th. They were so funny together and really playful. They were really fun to hang out with and by the end of the session they felt like two friends I have had for years. They wanted to make sure that their playful personalities really shone through in their photos... and I think it did. Check it out and let me know what you think!
They really took a beating in the cold ocean waves, but finally at the end I think they got the shot that they really wanted!
Elena and Alex got married overlooking Laguna Beach. It was so beautiful and they were just glowing when they looked lovingly at each other throughout the day. I have so many photos that I want to post from their day so check back later and there will be more!
