Alyssa & Justin in LA

Justin and Alyssa met me last night for their engagement shoot at Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles. After shooting at the observatory we found a hiking trail behind the building to check out. I loved these photos the best, but I will post more of the observatory soon.

Jenae & Scott in Pasadena

I met up with Jenae and Scott at the Pasadena City Hall to start their engagement session. We had such a fun time and ended up in Old Town Pasadena to finish the shoot. What a great couple... I look forward to shooting their wedding this summer.

Jennifer & John at the San Juan Capistrano Mission

Jennifer and John are sooo in love! It was so sweet to see how much they adore each other while we were doing their engagement shoot. They were all smiles and laughed at all of each other's jokes... and were really up for anything at their session. I am sure their wedding will be beautiful and they will be equally fun to work with so I look forward to shooting that later this summer.

Amy & Eric said "I do!"

Eric and Amy got married on Friday at the gorgeous Turnip Rose. It was a beautiful wedding with a wonderful couple. Here is a sneak peak from the day... check back soon for more images.

Paul & Kelli Tied the Knot on Saturday!

Kelli was a gorgeous bride and Paul the handsome groom this past Saturday. I posted a few of my favorite images from their wedding... especially the bride's entrance to the ceremony on her dad's Harley! What a fun surprise for the guests and the groom! More fun photos to come soon...

:: The Strauss Family::

Yesterday I had the pleasure of hanging out with the Strauss Family. Adam and Iris are really great people and such loving parents! Naomi is eleven months old and so full of energy and fun! I just love some of the shots I got of her being so curious and adorable. She loved the kumquat tree in front of their beautiful house in Los Angeles. As you can tell from a few images she wouldn't put the kumquats down after she picked them... so they were in a lot of the photos. Thanks guys for such a fun time hanging out!

::Visiting Kara in Colorado::

I finally planned a trip out to Colorado to visit my dear friend Kara. Kara lives outside of Denver in a town called Parker. We had such a fun, relaxing, full, funny weekend together (along with her golden retriever Sadie)! Somehow the whole weekend passed and I didn't get one photo of Sadie, so maybe Kara will email me one I can add to this post. If you ever want to feel loved all the time no matter what you do, you should adopt a golden retriever. Each morning I awoke to a dog sighing outside of my bedroom door just waiting for me to wake up. Apparently she enjoys having guests and wants to be with her guests all the time. As soon as I would wake up and open the bedroom door, she would be so excited and wiggly and happy. I couldn't help but smile. :) Kara and I did a lot of fun things... I included photos from out trip to the Crepe place that made the most heavenly crepes ever! We also drove up to Brekenridge and stopped in a few towns on the way up. Overall, I had a great time visiting Kara and Sadie! Thanks guys!

TWINS!

These precious little ones are four weeks old and barely five pounds each! They were so much fun for me to photograph and try out some new ideas. Thanks for trusting me with your babies, Tammy & Todd! I still can't get over how tiny they were. ;) These are just a few of my favorites.
